At Apex Engineering, we provide Induction Hardening using advanced Vertical and Horizontal Scanning Systems with a hardening capacity of up to 1500 mm. Our PLC-controlled induction systems deliver precise, consistent, and repeatable hardening for shafts, gears, pins, rollers, and other critical engineering components.
Our facility is equipped with:
- 100 kW Medium Frequency Induction System (0–120 kHz)
- 75 kW Low Frequency Induction System (0–10 kHz)
This wide frequency range enables us to achieve optimum case depths and hardness profiles for components of varying sizes and material grades.
